My research focuses on how organizations navigate uncertainty, build collaboration networks, and shape competitive positions over time, particularly in complex technological ecosystems where partnerships and rivalries intersect.

My upcoming co-authored book presents insights from more than nine years of research, examining key episodes in ASML's journey from a startup to a leading firm in the semiconductor industry.

I teach various core strategic management courses across bachelor's, master's, and executive programs. My teaching has been recognized by my students at the faculty level.
